We only ask for the permissions we need to operate:
Gmail
Gmail authorizes Leave Me Alone using IMAP authentication. This allows us to access your emails using your email address and a Leave Me Alone specific password (app password).
Leave Me Alone protects your IMAP credentials in the same way as secure password managers. Your authentication details are encrypted by your personal master password, and can only be decrypted when you log in and fetch your mail.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Google Workspace authorizes Leave Me Alone using OAuth. This allows us to access your emails using a unique authentication token.
You can view your Google App permissions or revoke access to Leave Me Alone at any time.
Leave Me Alone doesn't sell your email data to marketers as some other unsubscribe services do.
