Unroll.Me and other unsubscription services have existed for years but it's been reported they make their money by selling and marketing your information. You can read all about this on The New York Times, Life Hacker, Wired, TechCrunch, CNET, and The Guardian.
Leave Me Alone won't EVER sell your data, we don't even store any email content. We are completely open about the permissions we request and how we manage your data on our security page.
We unsubscribe you instantly from mailing lists rather than moving them to trash, hiding them in folders, or applying a label. Those subscriptions are gone forever, even if you decide to stop using Leave Me Alone.
